(1) a set of 13 Polar Power mini-block magnets, which are small but powerful ceramic magnets that are powder coated in a white color.  These magnets currently retail for .95 for a set of five magnets at Arizona Unipole Magnets.  So, this lot includes worth of ceramic magnets, if purchased new.  Eleven of the thirteen magnets have a velcro strip attached, while the other two do not.
(2) A brand new 52-inch velco wrap that you can use with the magnets.  The magnets have a velcro attachment that you can use with this wrap.  You can also buy any other size wrap to use with the magnets.
(3) A book titled "Magnetic Healing" by Buryl Payne, Ph.D.
