This card has been professionally graded by PSA as Poor 1 on their 10-point grading scale.  The grade is a straight/clean Poor 1 with no qualifiers.  PSA is a reputable, leading professional card grading company, so the card's authenticity is guaranteed.  Extremely low PSA graded population, this is the only one of this card to have been graded as Poor 1 at the original time of this listing, with none graded higher or lower.  The corners look relatively sharp with a couple light touches of wear, and it has nice straight edges.  The surface has some wave & wrinkling which led to its grade.  Please see listing pictures to judge centering for yourself.
