Silver Plate and Glass Cruet Serving Set
This is a wonderful cruet serving set with a pressed glass holder and silver plate carrying handle... the set has five bottles, all of the have metal tops, which resemble pewter, but I am not an expert on metals and cannot confirm this
Each of the bottles are approximately 5" tall and in excellent condition
the holder is wonderfully designed, and I believe it to be pressed glass... the top of the piece has crown decorations on each of four sides, with a star design on the base of the piece and the bottoms of the holder.. on the interior holder that houses each of the square bottles, there are some very minor flakes... most likely from use, but they do not take away from the charm of this piece and barely noticeable... In fact, I didn't know they were there until I listed this piece!
the overall piece is 10" tall and very charming
I have not cleaned the silver plate handle, or the tops of the bottles, and will leave that to you to bring them back to their exquisite brilliance
this set comes from my personal collection... I've had this set for many years, and it adorned my kitchen shelves, and I am now parting with some of my pieces...
the set is in excellent condition and comes from my smoke free home, where it has been treated with care
