    Description

This listing is for a gently used lot of Ty Beanie Boos plush toys that measure 5.5” tall. My daughter was a teen when these toys began being produced, so they weren’t played with as much as they were displayed, but she took tags off of everything (they only have tush tags still attached). Please look at the photos closely for more information on condition.
For allergy purposes, I will say that she does let her cat and Chihuahua in her room for a limited amount of time each day, but she has always kept her plush out of reach in plastic bins or wicker baskets.
Everything is shipped fully insured and well packed.
I do combine shipping to reduce shipping costs on multiple items won.
Return--  returns are accepted for items that are significantly not as described, not for items that don't fit, that you didn't like it when it arrived, changed your mind, etc., because I am not a full time business, and cannot afford to have items returned to me for personal reasons.  eBay is how I am able to remove clutter from our home without having a garage sale.  Please familiarize yourself with eBay's return policy as it does require any items to be returned to be repacked in the original packaging, and in the original condition.
I am not responsible for packages that the USPS or other shipping company loses during shipping, which is why everything is shipped fully insured.  If the USPS damages it, then you will need to file a claim with the USPS.
***We are a non-smoking home with outdoor pets.***
I will not end listings early, which means I do not accept offers via messages.  I do not ship internationally because of eBay's ever-changing seller requirements for shipping and returns.  Thanks.
eBay keeps adding Global Shipping to my listings, which is not correct, and I have to keep removing it from my listings.  I do not ship to the Global Shipping center.  Thanks.
Due to a recent horrible transaction with an awful buyer, I'm now only shipping to the address that is provided by your PayPal account.  A PayPal representative advised me to stick to this policy if I want Seller Protection on the funds.  Please make sure that you have the correct shipping address on your PayPal account; if not, your payment will be refunded and you will need to resubmit payment through eBay's checkout system with matching addresses.  Thank you.
Please note that eBay's policy on returns:  Misuse of returns or the eBay Money Back Guarantee
The eBay Money Back Guarantee is designed to protect both buyers and sellers. If we decide that a member is misusing returns on eBay, or the eBay Money Back Guarantee, they may be subject to a range of actions, including limits on buying and selling privileges and account suspension. Examples of misuse include:
Selecting an inaccurate reason for returns
Disregarding item conditions required for returns
Requesting an excessive number of returns
you can find more information about our returns policies by referring to our eBay Money Back Guarantee policy and our Condition of returned items policy.
I'm adding this to my listings because people seem to think that they can just demand a partial refund without returning the item, or mentioning that they are withholding leaving feedback until they receive a response for an expected partial refund.  These are violations of eBay's return and feedback policies, and will be reported to eBay.  I understand that there are times when I make a mistake, but it is up to the seller to offer the option of a partial refund in lieu of a return.  You are expected to return the item if it is not as described.
I shouldn't have to add this to my listings, but I'm having issues with buyers trying to return items because they changed their mind two and three weeks after receiving an item.  My return policy is this:  returns are only for items significantly not as described.  In the 20 plus years that I've been buying and selling on eBay, I've never sent an item back to a seller because I changed my mind.  My indecision isn't the seller's responsibility, and I would never put it off on the seller if something that was properly described doesn't live up to my expectations.  I'm an individual, not a business with employees, and I can't afford to give refunds when someone changes their mind.  It takes time away from my family to list items, pack & ship, wait for a return, receive and inspect it, and then go back through the whole process to sell it again.  Anything returned will be fully inspected and will be reported to eBay if it is not in the same condition as it was when I shipped it.  I will ship it back to you if it is not in the condition it is supposed to be, as per eBay's return policy, and no refund will be issued.  Thanks.
I was just reprimanded by a buyer because she didn't know that eBay is now collecting sales tax in 40 states, plus DC.  You, as a buyer, are responsible for knowing if your state has approved legislation regarding internet sales tax.  eBay is not displaying sales tax costs prior to buying or payment, but they are required to collect sales tax in most states.  It is not the seller's fault if eBay is collecting taxes, and eBay is submitting those taxes fir sellers, so we don’t receive the collected sales tax. We've all been surprised as buyers and sellers as eBay has begun collecting sales tax little by little.  My state, Colorado, has had these tax laws on the books pre-dating the internet, but eBay didn't start collecting sales tax on new purchases I was making until November 2019, 21 years after I opened my eBay account.  We were lucky to have tax free purchases for as long as we did.
