He has a open mouth no tongue or gums he has a little blue plastic pacifier that will come with him . Eyes are painted silicone with silicone gloss top . He is the most realistic micro preemie I have had his eyes are so realistic he looks like he is truly looking at you . He is very detailed with little ribs showing and veining he is supposed to represent a 27 week gestation baby .
