I am selling my 20+ year Hagen collection. They are all used and will do my upmost best to describe them. While I have been an avid collector with close to 1000 Hagen's, my mother in law was the expert and she helped me a lot. Sadly she passed this past year so I will do my best with my limited knowledge. They were displayed in cases, behind glass. And I used mounting putty to keep kids/people from knocking any over when they accidentally gently bumped the display cases or anything like that. Some of these I got used and/or in lots. Please ask questions if you have even the smallest one. I would like to avoid returns as shipping is expensive.
I will pay for shipping, all items will most likely be shipped USPS first class or priority mail.
I feel I do a good job packing up items (I sell glass marbles for my husband). Mistakes do happen, I am not perfect and I have no control once the package leaves my hands. I will include insurance and no extra cost at my discretion. When I do, I am going to use the ShipCover insurance here on ebay. I did not know this was a thing till I sold the first batch or horses. And after doing some lite research on it, it seems they are better then USPS. We still need to have pictures of the damaged item(s), packing and box. I will handle any claims or any broke items, just message me with the photos we need and I will take it from there (unless you want to do it yourself). The shipping insurance is only good for 90 days after ship date. If you wait to open your order 90 days after the ship date, there will be no way to recover the cost if something is damaged.
Payment within 4 days of auction end (unless otherwise previously agreed upon) or order will be canceled.
I'm going to do auctions a couple more times before I break up lots. Re-listing is faster then having to modify everything. This will also give people time if they need it for funds. I have to take a small break from this and work on my hubby's marbles to get the new ones he has made listed on his ebay. Re-listing will give me the time I need for that. I have been working on Hagens since the end of December. It has been a rather large undertaking and other responsibilities in my life have been put on hold.
