This sweet lifelike baby is an anatomically correct full body silicone baby girl. Annelene Awake was sculpted by Maisa Said and molded and poured in a super soft EcoFlex blend platinum silicone by Maria Lynn Dolls. She looks and feels so lifelike! From head to toe, she measures 17.5 inches with bent legs (approximately 18 inches if legs were out strait), and she wears small preemie clothing. She is absolutley perfectly proportioned and feels so wonderful in your arms! She is soft and realistically snuggly, and her skin even wrinkles like a real baby! Annelene Awake also has an opened mouth and can take a preemie pacifier or a small newborn pacifier. She has her own custom pacifier that will come with her.
Annelene Awake's painting was done with my own blend of professional silicone pigments and is sealed with a high quality matte finish for a soft and smooth baby-skin feel. She has soft veining, beautiful mottling, fine capillaries, detailed nails, and lifelike shading all over. I've even given her a realistic umbilical stump to add to her newborn realism. She has high quality German Lauscha glass eyes in a beautiful shade of blue gray, framed by hand rooted medium brown lashes. Her delicate eyebrows were first lightly painted, and then hand rooted and sealed in place for protection.
Her hair was rooted with a blend of light to medium brown in a very natural baby pattern. All her hairs were directionally rooted and her hair naturally lays as it's shown, without any fuss. All her hairs were rooted from the cut end for a silky smooth finish. You can very gently brush and style her hair with a spritz of water and a soft bristled baby brush.
She is so sweet and lifelike, and you can be at ease in knowing that this little girl comes from a smoke-free and pet-free environment.
