    Detailed notes in pencil in margin in French
    on several lines pertaining to the colors chosen.
    Notes in pencil in left margin:  "Cette bande moins forte à
    cause des textes".  (This strip less dark because of the text)
    Tracing paper overlay with face value crossed out in red
    (but kept the same 60F!)
    "En reserve blanche" (reserve white letters) under country arabic lettering for the country name.  Indication of the printer chosen "DELRIEU".
