Literally typing this being driven from a black tie event my spouse and I went to wearing tuxedos purchased from Marty's Fashion and was helped by Gabriel, Marty's son, a week ago. I cannot express how happy I am that we went into Marty's to buy tuxedos. Went into Manhattan to find tuxedos and searched for 2+ hours and came up with noting (mostly because I guess you need more than a week to buy a tuxedo because of alterations). So gave up on that and decided to look for rental places instead. Came across Marty's Fashion (since it's in Astoria in my neighborhood) and could not believe that not only that it only took like 10 minutes to find the perfect fit, but they had my size! (I'm a small dude and they had 34 short). Wanted to rent but instead bought the whole suit instead (it was only about difference to rent vs to buy). It's very affordable too! Tuxedo blazers alone cost 400+ shopping at name brand stores but the whole tuxedo outfit cost me under 0! Nice quality as well!----
I could not recommend this place enough! I started sharing my experience with my friends just in case they needed some suit or tux in the future.
