Shipping:
We ship via UPS Ground service within the continental US. Other shipping methods, for faster or additional services are extra. We will combine shipping costs where possible. If product ships from different distribution centers, combined shipping will not be an option. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Product typically ships within 24 hours of payment.
Returns:
Message us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days to return stock items. Items returned without a RMA will be refused. We charge a 20% restocking fee for stock items returned for any reason other than quality. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless there is a product defect. Product must be returned in original container and in sellable condition. Custom product is not returnable.
