She has beautiful hand rooted blonde hair, and pierced ears. This doll is a Realborn Reborn which is a scan of a real baby. Elizabeth is 6lbs 4 oz and is 20in. long. Full arms and legs. Purchase will include receiving blanket, additional outfit of my choice, magnetic pacifier, bottle (closed nipple), hair conditioner, hair brush, diapers, wrist/foot identification, favorite toy, (again my choice) and certificate of authenticity.
