CONDITION
This group of Open-Box items are in “Very Good” to “Like-New” condition. The product itself will look, feel and operate as if it were practically new, with all original contents and accessories present.
Items will arrive either in their original retail packaging or in replacement generic / non-retail packaging if necessary (to better safeguard their condition during transit). If original retail packaging is present, it will display mild to moderate signs of handling / wear (please note that although the box may include cosmetic imperfections, this does not affect the contents or represent the condition of the product itself in any way).
Manuals, pamphlets and other non essential documents may be absent but can be easily found on the manufacturer’s support site (please contact us if you require assistance locating the digital manual and we will gladly provide you with a direct link).
The majority of items that we offer to our customers are “Open-Box” products in Like-New condition. These may originate from, products with imperfect outer packaging (incurred during the initial shipping and receiving process) or the offloading of a private retailers unsold or overstock inventory.
INSPECTIONS

Our storefront’s inspection service is normally administered by a trained staff member of our small business (located in Long Island, NY).
