    This listing is for a 1990's signed The Sea Turtle kaleidoscope. Retired  Made by Sue Rioux? Look at the accompanying photos please and you be the judge. This piece is signed and is made of stained green slag  glass and a colored glass filled wheel which spins and contains tiny pieces of glass that move along/around as it turns. Signed from the 1990's it may have been made by Sue Rioux and it is a retired piece. It is 8.25" long and 1.75" high. No damage and from a smoke free home.     American kaleidoscope designers, Bob and Elissa Rioux, have been working with glass since 1976. With skill and originality, they design handmade works of art from their studios in Punta Gorda, Florida and Kennebunkport, Maine. Rioux's intricate designs reflect their inspiration from the ocean and natural coastline that surrounds them. Using a variety of stained, blown, and dichroic glass, creating kaleidoscopes with several different mirror systems and images that are ever changing. Sea Parrot takes pride in the detailed quality of each kaleidoscope they make, and their unique designs are in collections worldwide. These stunning works of art are owned by several notable people including President H. W. Bush, Queen Noor of Jordan, Adele, Steven King, Henry Winkler, James Earl Jones, and the first lady of kaleidoscopes, Cozy Baker.
