Fairly obvious from the condition that it was only used for babies!...and nothing else!
It is Fully Functional! And includes the additional weight!

Curved top tray measures 19"x11". The tray can be removed and will be removed for shipping. Easily re-assembled with two screws on top of the tray (included). Scale can be recalibrated, if necessary, by turning counter-weight on the left side.
Item Condition: Has been tested and is working fine. Overall in very good vintage condition. Very little sign of use. use. The small marks are consistent with use and age. smoke free home.
