Vintage Gold Tone Wood Brass Kaleidoscope Double Wheel Parlor Scope

Up for grabs, double wheel Kaleidoscope. The scope is approx 7.25" long. It appears to have brass on the ends. Now the wheel has a few minor issues. It seems wobbly. And will attach to the scope but not firmly. I imagine this can be fixed easily, I just don't know much about these. There are also cracks in the plastic of both wheels. Those I would think is minor since the whole concept is broken glass. See pictures
